- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to start any project unless agreed otherwise.
- Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or launch.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Delay in payment may result in project hold or cancellation.
3. Project Timelines
- Project timelines are estimated and shared in the proposal or quotation.
- Any delay in providing content, images, or approvals from the client may extend the deadline.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment gateways).
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide clear instructions, content (text/images), and timely feedback.
- Any changes outside the original scope may be considered as “extra revisions” and charged separately.
- The client must ensure they have rights to use any content they provide.
5. Revisions & Modifications
- We offer a limited number of revisions (mentioned in the package).
- Additional changes beyond the limit will be charged separately.
- Major changes in layout or design after approval may require a new quotation.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved design/content.
- We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.
- All unapproved designs, concepts, or drafts remain our property.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Projects can be cancelled by either party with written notice.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- If the project is partially completed, a fair fee for the work done will be charged.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any loss or damage (financial or otherwise) arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 ranking on Google, fixed number of followers, etc.).
9. Third-Party Services
- We may use third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, tools) to deliver our work.
- We are not responsible for the terms or failures of such third-party services.
